Dear Guests,

At Incanto  we are aware that the events caused by the spread of Covid-19 require further efforts and  adjustments to get used to the new normality.

For that reason we made some changes in order to preserve the safety of our guests and our staff.

Here you can find the changes and new procedures we made to allow you to travel and to enjoy your stay with no worries.



  • Before your arrival: our guests will be contacted by our staff, they will receive information about the procedures to be adopted respecting local regulations;
  • Once arrived: at Incanto the guests will NOT have any contact with the staff, the guests can reach their room following the directions given in advance, but a member of the staff will always be available if needed;
  • During your stay: guests can decide whether they want their room to be cleaned. Cleaning procedures will always been done when the guests will be out of the room.
  • After your stay: the room will be sanitized with professional ozone machine, in order to prepare the room for the next guest.


Check-in: check-in procedures will be digitalized, our guest will use our App and Web Concierge to insert the data required for the check-in and will be asked to send a copy of the ID of each guest.

Room entry:  also this procedure has been digitalized, our staff will communicate how to reach the room booked and how to access.

 Concierge: for any particular request but also for the most common ones our guests can contact us through our Web Concierge system or simply using WhatsApp.

Breakfast: in order to reduce food handling we will not make breakfast buffet anymore. Our guests can order from our menu and can also decide to have breakfast in their room or in the dedicated rooms.

Dispensers and prevention kit: hand sanitizers will be placed in the common areas. Our guests can also purchase a prevention kit (mask, gloves and gel).
